Erase Your Tracks

Erase Your Tracks

When you use the internet, browsers like Explorer and Netscape are designed to leave a list or (online footprints) of where you have been. If you are concerned that an abuser may find out or be tracking the websites you’ve been to like this one, there is information to help you erase the list of where you have been.

  • If this is the case you might use a friend’s or library computer to search the internet in the future.
  • When using your own computer you can use the methods listed on the websites below to remove your tracks. Remember you need to do this each time you turn on your computer and visit sites such as Kanawayhitowin’s, if you feel your abuser might find out where you’ve been.
